What we do

Most courier services are built around intercity freight: fixed pickup windows, hub transfers, and a day or more in transit. Local deliveries don’t work that way. A package going five kilometres across town needs a rider, not a network.

ShipLocal gives you that rider on demand. Pin the pickup and drop, confirm the fare, and the order goes out to delivery partners nearby. You get a live map for every order and a link you can send to whoever is waiting at the other end.

How payments work

You choose how to pay when you place the order. Pay from your ShipLocal wallet, pay online by UPI, card or netbanking, or — on orders that qualify — pay nothing upfront and let your customer pay the amount on delivery.

Whichever you pick, every delivery charge and surge appears as its own line in your ledger, which you can export. Nothing is bundled together, and a payment that fails is never charged.
